Southwest Celebration

Southwestern cuisine is about crossing borders and melding the foods of many different people and geographic areas into a unique cuisine – one with rich heritage that is based on both tradition and innovation.

Menu:

  • Las Fajitas Nueves
  • Cajeta Coconut-Pecan Crepes

A Spanish Tribute

This class is about experiencing the authentic tastes of Spanish Cuisine. The recipes chosen are classics. Spain like many other Mediterranean countries has a rich and varied cuisine which varies by region.

Menu:

  • Classic Gazpacho
  • Mediterranean Paella
  • Spanish Flan

Asian Inspiration

Put together a dinner that’s easy enough for weekday nights and unique for company using Asian ingredients that are becoming widely available at your local supermarket. Learn a new marinade for chicken breasts, a kicked-up recipe for mashed potatoes and how to stir-fry and end up with crisp, not soggy, vegetables.
