Chef Jackye to teach cooking classes for OLLI
Chef Jackye will be teaching cooking classes for Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Clemson University during Maymester 2008. Coordinators Joan Pettigrew and Amanda Turner approached Jackye concerning teaching the classes after learning about Jackye’s new venture as a Personal Chef. Both Joan and Amanda were familiar with Jackye’s teaching methods from taking computer training while Jackye was the Professional Development Training Coordinator for Clemson Computing & Information Technology. Jackye is thrilled about the opportunity and the folks at OLLI are very excited about the curriculum being offered. It is anticipated that the classes will fill the first week, so register early! If you are interested in taking any of the classes below, contact OLLI at 864.656.6912 or visit their web site at www.clemson.edu/OLLI.
