Chef Jackye to write monthly column for local paper
March 19, 2008.Thanks to Joan Pettigrew, Marketing Coordinator, at Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, Chef Jackye Cocoros will be writing a monthly column for The Daily Journal/Daily Messenger published by Eagle Media. Life Editor, Matt Wake, approached Joan looking for an OLLI member to write a monthly food column. Joan immediately thought of Jackye and contacted her. Chef Jackye agreed to write a monthly column, What's in Season, to be published monthly on a Tuesday. Chef Jackye is thrilled to have the opportunity to promote local foods and the OLLI program.
